Indiana’s New Smoke-Free Air Law

As of July 1, 2012, churches are required to post the “no smoking” signs required by Indiana’s smoking ban law, HEA 1149.

From the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission website:

Indiana’s New Smoke-Free Air Law – The Alcohol and Tobacco Commission has prepared [these] Frequently Asked Questions documents to assist the general public and business owners in better understanding Indiana’s recently passed smoking ban law, HEA 1149.
